Meet Your Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Welcome to Little Fox Therapy Collective. With over a decade of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist, I've had the privilege of supporting children and families across a variety of settings, including UVA Hospital, the Virginia Institute of Autism, public schools, and sensory-focused clinics.

As both an OT and a mother, I understand that every family experiences childhood in their own unique way. Some days bring exciting milestones, while others come with questions or uncertainty. By combining expertise in sensory development, feeding, motor skills, and caregiver coaching, I provide individualized, evidence-based support that fits naturally into your family's daily routine.

Whether you're introducing solids, navigating picky eating, exploring your child's sensory needs, or supporting developmental milestones, my goal is simple: to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way. Together, we'll create practical strategies that celebrate your child's unique strengths and help your little fox flourish.
